Chinyere Ogba has over 25 years of international experience as an IT and Business Process Consultant, providing a full range of services including project management, product development, business systems analysis, systems design, software implementation, systems integration, and software training as well as business process improvement/re-engineering. She specializes in the ERP (integrated accounting, distribution, and manufacturing), CRM (sales and marketing), and CX (support case/ticketing) software domains. Mrs. Ogba has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley (USA) and a Master's of Science degree in Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University (USA).
